We encourage residents to have pets too. Our family has a variety of dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Most pets do very well and become an integral part of the family. The companionship a pet brings is invaluable for residents, and most become mascots by default. There are some size restrictions, sorry no elephants. Residents must also be able to care for their pet and pets must be people friendly.
